This Agreement is entered into by the Property Owner (“Host”) and the Guest (“Guest”). By confirming a reservation and submitting payment, the Guest agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding the villa located in the Dominican Republic.
LIABILITY & PROPERTY DAMAGE
- Guest Responsibility: The Guest is responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by their party during the stay.
- Liability Release: The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts in the province where the property is located.
